Nipsey Hussle & Meek Mill already have their eyes set on their next musical venture.
Last year both rapper’s dropped impactful albums, with Nipsey scooping a Grammy nomination for his debut album “Victory Lap” and Meek Mill making a big come back with “Championships” shortly after his release from prison.
Now to elevate to a different level musically this year, Nip sat down with REAL92.3 for an interview Friday (March 8), where he confirmed a joint album in the works with the Dreamchaser Meek Mill.
“We’ve been cutting ideas and just getting in. We got a couple records that’s going to go off for the summer. It’s not hard at all we just got to lock in and get the records done,” the “Racks in the Middle” artist admits. “We working right now as we speak. We on album time right now. Next thing we going to put out musically is an album.”
The All Money In ceo confirmed that we can expect the project this year. “We would like to come summertime,” he said. The 33 year old also spoke on going into property, his Grammy nomination and more. Watch the interview in its entirety below.
